Waterproofing
Restoration of plaza waterproofing, planter waterproofing, parking garage, deck coatings & mechanical room coatings. These systems include cold applied CIM 1000, Sika 7600, Sika & Tremco polyurethane deck coatings. We also apply 215 mil split slab hot rubber systems.
Caulking & Sealants
Replacement of Building façade sealants. This includes restoring glazing & or wetseal joints, aluminum frame window perimeter joints, brick & masonry joints, EIFS joints & concrete panel joints. The focus on work in general is replacement of building joints with new GE, Tremco, Sika, & Dow silicone systems.
Roof Coatings
We specialize in polyurethane & acrylic liquid roof restoration systems. This is focused on 15 & 20 year roof coating systems that are reinforced & cool or white roofs. This includes our main Tremco Alphaguard system that is applied over old BUR & TPO roof systems.
Wall Coatings
Our expertise includes the restoration of old stucco, concrete & EIFS buildings. The work often includes restoring stucco building components, EIFS patching, crack repairs. We install custom matched 10 year warranted elastomeric systems. This includes the Tremco Hybuild system, & Sika 550 W wall coating systems.

Façade Restoration
Our focus in this line of work includes repair to brick veneer, full brick, & stone veneer facades. The work includes full replacement of wall systems – building paper, lath, scratch, brown, & veneer stone or brick . This also includes pointing grout joints & resealing expansion joints.
Carbon Fiber Strengthening
This includes strengthening & or confining building columns, walls, & beams. We also epoxy inject cracks & apply fire retardant coatings over these CF systems. Our main products include Fyfe & Sika carbon fiber restoration systems.
Concrete Restoration
This includes the structural & nonstructural repairs to concrete facades, & parking structures. This work include overhead, vertical & horizontal systems. We focus on the application of Sika concrete repair systems.
